Your donation is massively helpful in supporting the operational costs of the Project, from vessel refits, to buying equipment; this can make a real difference and help keep our yacht maintained to the high standards required. The voyage fee that we pass on to a young person is £85per day; this includes all food aboard, some shore visits, safety equipment and more. As you can imagine this is a lot less than the actual cost to the organisation. You can choose to have your donation allocated to general Project operating costs or to directly support a young person. If you choose to support a young person, your donation will go towards our bursary fund. The fund is in place to help young people who cannot afford the full voyage fee. A contribution towards this, no matter how small, can be the difference between a young person sailing and not.
