Join us aboard Helen Mary R for a week of sailing, swimming, and exploring! Prepare to explore ports such as Falmouth, Salcombe, and Dartmouth. From bustling harbours to quaint seaside villages, every stop is a chance to explore and visit a new place.

You'll join the boat on Monday morning and get to know the rest of the crew before setting sail and starting our adventures. This isn't your typical school trip; it's a hands-on adventure. Under the guidance of our experienced crew, students will actively participate in the sailing process, from hoisting the sails to navigating the open waters.

Life aboard Helen Mary R is a transformative experience. As students navigate the challenges of the sea, they'll develop resilience, problem-solving skills, and a deep sense of camaraderie with their shipmates. Our voyages are designed to instil confidence and independence while forging lifelong friendships.

Whether gazing at the sunset over Falmouth Bay or navigating the historic waters of Dartmouth, this Sail Training voyage will create memories that will be cherished for years. Students will return with a sense of accomplishment, a newfound love for the sea, and a broader perspective on the world around them.

Weather brings Adventure

We strive to create the most exciting and enriching itineraries and embrace the unpredictability of nature as part of our adventures.

Our voyages offer a unique opportunity to connect with the elements and experience the thrill of sailing offshore. While weather conditions can occasionally alter our planned routes, these moments of adaptability only add to the journey and lead to the most remarkable discoveries.

Come aboard with an open mind and an adventurous spirit, and let's set sail together on an extraordinary journey filled with exciting possibilities.

If a fee is payable, we will send an invoice/s (deposit & final payment) once we have confirmed your place aboard.

To help us minimize transaction fees, please consider paying via bank transfer.

When using Stripe, our payment processor, we incur a fee of 1.5% of the transaction amount plus an additional 20 pence per transaction. Opting for a bank transfer saves on these fees and allows us to direct more of your voyage fee towards enhancing your sailing experiences.

Please contact Mr Parker or Miss Thompson to arrange a place - they will supply you with the necessary information and password to book.
