The Scilly Isles, located 28nm, directly into the Atlantic swell and prevailing winds off the coast of Cornwall in the United Kingdom. This adventure-packed sailing trip is the perfect opportunity to explore one of the country's most beautiful and unspoiled areas while experiencing the thrill of sailing and seeing some of the most incredible marine wildlife.
If you are up to the challenge and we have the right conditions, you will navigate the open seas and undertake two challenging but rewarding, long open offshore passages of around 8 hours each. This is a test of your sailing skills and an opportunity to bond with your fellow sailors and work together to overcome any challenges that may arise.
As we make our way to the Scilly Isles, we will have the opportunity to visit Falmouth and the Fal Estuary and the Helford River on the return journey. These areas are known for their stunning natural beauty and rich history and are a must-see for any sailing enthusiast. However, the highlight of any trip will be the chance to spot dolphins and other marine wildlife. The Scilly Isles and the surrounding waters are home to a variety of marine life, including seals, porpoises and a wide variety of seabirds, which you may have the opportunity to see during the voyage.
The Scilly Isles, in particular, are a true treasure trove of adventure, with miles of rugged coastline, secluded beaches, and crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life, offering plenty of time to explore ashore and swim from the boat and the beach.
